GJK can promote the proliferation ability of IL-1β-induced rat osteoarthritis cell model and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.GJK can reduce the content of reactive oxygen species and cell apoptosis level in rat osteoarthritis cell model.GJK can reduce the level of arthritis inflammation and protect cells from apoptosis by inhibiting the expression of IL-1β and Caspase 1.
