A single cell map of murine heart at embryonic and neonatal stages

Cardiac cells from the wildtype mouse hearts in two strains (CD1, C57BL/6) at 18 developmental stages with chamber separation and two mutant strains (wt1, tbx18) at multiple stages were isolated, multiplexed using the MULTI-seq approach, profiled with the 10X scRNA-seq platform and sequenced with Illumina HiSeq or Nova-seq. ScRNA-seq analysis of wild type and mutant mouse heart cells at multiple stages.

本数据集分离得到两类心肌细胞样本：其一为CD1、C57BL/6两种野生型小鼠品系在18个发育阶段且已完成心房心室分离的心脏细胞；其二为wt1、tbx18两种突变品系小鼠在多个发育阶段的心脏细胞。所有样本均采用MULTI-seq技术进行多重标记，通过10X单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）平台完成转录组分析，并使用Illumina HiSeq或Nova-seq平台完成测序。本数据集涵盖多阶段野生型与突变型小鼠心脏细胞的scRNA-seq分析数据。
