基于铌酸锂-硫系材料异质集成平台的MZI声光调制器,主要面向声光相互耦合,相互作用的研究、对应于高效率、低能耗,高集成度声光转换芯片的需求建设,。主要记录了TE模式光波导光场分布图、周期结构下声场位移分布图、光波导的透射谱、矢量网络分析仪的微波S11和S21谱、最终调制的光谱以及时域响应谱等观测值。理论数据采集:器件理论设计及仿真计算(所用工具软件为Lumerical FDTD/MODE Solutions, MATLAB),来源于上述仿真计算软件的输出结果;实验数据采集,使用仪器列表:可调谐激光器(Keysight 81606A)、网络分析仪(Keysight N5225A,10MHz-50GHz)、偏振控制器(Thorlabs FPC032)、参铒光纤放大器(Amonics AEDFA-PA-35-BFA)、波导耦合探针系统(组合定制)、高频探针(GGB 40A-GSG-100DP)、光探测器(Finisar XPDV2120RA-VF-FP)数据加工及处理:数据处理是基于分析软件MATLAB及绘图软件ORIGIN,处理方式是基于处理的数据进行图表绘制,反映出器件的性能及变化趋势。
This dataset focuses on the MZI acousto-optic modulator based on the lithium niobate-chalcogenide heterogeneous integration platform, which is developed for the research of acousto-optic mutual coupling and interaction, as well as meeting the demands of high-efficiency, low-power-consumption and high-integration acousto-optic conversion chips. It mainly records various observed values including the optical field distribution maps of TE-mode optical waveguides, the acoustic displacement distribution maps under periodic structures, the transmission spectra of optical waveguides, the microwave S11 and S21 spectra measured by vector network analyzers, the final modulated optical spectra and time-domain response spectra, etc.
Theoretical data collection: Theoretical design and simulation calculations of the devices, with the software tools including Lumerical FDTD/MODE Solutions and MATLAB, and the data sourced from the output results of the aforementioned simulation software.
Experimental data collection: The list of instruments used includes tunable laser (Keysight 81606A), network analyzer (Keysight N5225A, 10MHz-50GHz), polarization controller (Thorlabs FPC032), erbium-doped fiber amplifier (Amonics AEDFA-PA-35-BFA), custom-assembled waveguide coupling probe system, high-frequency probe (GGB 40A-GSG-100DP), and optical detector (Finisar XPDV2120RA-VF-FP).
Data processing and curation: Data processing is conducted using the analysis software MATLAB and plotting software ORIGIN. Charts and graphs are generated based on the processed data to reflect the device performance and its variation trends.
