Microbiome Datahub MAG dataset

The Microbiome Datahub is a database of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and currently contains 214,427 MAGs. https://mdatahub.org . This Excel file summarizes the metadata of these MAGs and Bac2Feature phenotype prediction result. A KEGG Module composition matrix (TSV) for these MAGs, inferred using MBGD ortholog composition, is available.
