因有機作物業務結束自111年12月起資料不再更新。
近年來精緻農業已漸成主流，講求環保、永續、安全的農業亦為全民共識，台糖公司身為國營農企業，具有守護台灣土地與人民健康的責任，因此從事具有永續、環保特性的有機農業，引領台灣農業轉型是責無旁貸的義務。民國95年，台糖公司在政府號召下於台南區處成立有機作物課，主要業務為有機蔬菜及有機肥之生產與販售，是台灣綠色經濟與農業轉型的先驅。
有機蔬菜遵循適時適地適作原則，以永續之生態栽培模式，提供消費者衛生安全之高品質短期葉菜及根莖瓜果類。
有機肥主要是以製糖所剩餘之蔗渣、糖蜜，及有機蔬菜下腳品，以好氣醱酵方式製成，可回復土壤地力與活性。另亦有生產粒肥及液肥，以滿足多元需求。

Since December of the 111th year of the Republic of China (2022), data updates have been suspended due to the discontinuation of the organic crop business.

In recent years, precision agriculture has gradually become the mainstream, and environmentally friendly, sustainable and safe agriculture has reached a societal consensus. As a state-owned agricultural enterprise, Taiwan Sugar Corporation bears the responsibility of protecting Taiwan's land and people's health. Therefore, engaging in sustainable and eco-friendly organic agriculture and leading the transformation of Taiwan's agriculture is an unshirkable obligation.

In the 95th year of the Republic of China (2006), upon the government's call, Taiwan Sugar Corporation established the Organic Crop Division at its Tainan Regional Office. Its core business covers the production and sales of organic vegetables and organic fertilizers, making it a pioneer in Taiwan's green economy and agricultural transformation.

Organic vegetables follow the principles of timely cultivation suitable for local conditions and appropriate crop selection. Adopting sustainable ecological cultivation modes, the division provides consumers with high-quality, hygienic and safe short-cycle leafy vegetables, as well as root, stem, melon and fruit vegetables.

Organic fertilizers are mainly produced through aerobic fermentation using bagasse and molasses byproducts from sugar production, along with waste from organic vegetable processing. These fertilizers can restore soil fertility and biological activity. Additionally, granular fertilizers and liquid fertilizers are also produced to meet diverse market demands.
