Capra hircus breed:Tibetan cashmere goat Transcriptome or Gene expression

To investigate the specific role of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and messenger RNAs (mRNAs) in regulating cashmere fineness in Tibetan Cashmere goats (Capra hircus), we conducted high-throughput RNA sequencing of fine-type and coarse-type skin tissues.为探究长链非编码RNA（long noncoding RNAs，lncRNAs）与信使RNA（messenger RNAs，mRNAs）在调控藏绒山羊（Capra hircus）羊绒细度中的具体作用，我们对细绒型与粗绒型皮肤组织开展了高通量RNA测序。
