Persimmon Fruit RNA-seq. Diospyros kaki

Persimmon cultivar 'Youhou' from five development stages, including young fruit stage, growth stage, expansion stage, color stage and maturity stage, were collected from a crop located at Yangbao Farm, Cotton Research Institute, Shanxi Agricultural University. For each stage, three biological replicates of the samples were prepared.本数据集采集自山西农业大学棉花研究所杨保农场种植的柿品种‘柚后’，涵盖其5个发育阶段的样本，具体包括幼果期、生长期、膨大期、转色期及成熟期。每个发育阶段均设置3次生物学重复。
