This dataset is developed to address the automation requirements for high-load loom beam transfer and loading/unloading in the textile industry, responding to the urgent demand for automated equipment for core processes during the intelligent upgrading of the textile industry. Loom beam transfer and loading/unloading are critical links in core processes such as warping, sizing, drawing-in, and weaving, and their automation level directly affects production efficiency and accuracy. The construction of this dataset provides support for the R&D and application of relevant equipment. The dataset was collected and generated from October 2022 to October 2025. Its core data was exported from specially designed software by project researchers and developers, and verified with real machine demonstrations. It mainly includes two parts: 1. Complete design schemes for loom beam transfer robots and dedicated robots for loading/unloading loom beams, providing technical references for equipment R&D and optimization; 2. Operation demonstration videos of weaving production line prototypes, which intuitively present the operational performance of robots under actual working conditions. The dataset is fully shared and applicable to relevant research and application scenarios such as R&D of textile automation equipment, design optimization of high-load robots, and intelligent transformation of textile production processes. It can provide authentic and effective data support for industrial technological innovation and industrial upgrading, helping to improve the automation and accuracy levels of textile production.
