Data Content: The dataset realizes a tunable time-delay function based on multi-stage optical all-pass filters, corresponding to the fourth research achievement specified in the project task specification. The assessment indicators are: time delay ≥ 1 ns, power jitter ≤ 0.3 dB, power consumption ≤ 100 mW/ns, and insertion loss ≤ 30 dB/ns. Data Acquisition Scheme: Tests were conducted using instruments including Agilent 81606A laser source and Keysight N4373E vector network analyzer to separately obtain the radio frequency amplitude and time-delay response of the chip, and analyze its time delay, power jitter, power consumption and insertion loss.
