Genome sequencing of Plasmodium falciparum transgenic lines

The primary objectives were to identify genomic mutations in transgenic parasites exhibiting impaired gametocyte production and to assess for any off-target mutations resulting from CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.本研究的主要目标有二：其一，在配子体生成受损的转基因寄生虫中鉴定基因组突变；其二，评估CRISPR/Cas9基因组编辑所引发的各类脱靶突变。
