KEGG DRUG

KEGG DRUG是一个综合性的药物信息资源，收录了日本、美国和欧洲批准的药物，基于化学结构和/或活性成分的化学成分进行统一整合。每个KEGG DRUG条目由D号标识，并与KEGG原始注释相关联，包括治疗靶点、药物代谢和其他分子相互作用网络信息。该数据库还包含KEGG DGROUP，包含结构上和功能上相关的D号条目组，分为化学、结构、靶点、类别和代谢五种类型。KEGG DRUG is a comprehensive pharmaceutical information resource that collects drugs approved in Japan, the United States and Europe, and uniformly integrates them based on their chemical structures and/or chemical constituents of active ingredients. Each KEGG DRUG entry is identified by a D-number and linked to the original KEGG annotations, including therapeutic targets, drug metabolism, and other molecular interaction network information. This database also includes KEGG DGROUP, a collection of structurally and functionally related D-number entries categorized into five types: chemical, structural, target, category, and metabolism.
