三江源交通设施与生态环境协调机制数据集主要包括三江源交通设施生态环境影响数据、三江源路域生态系统功能评估数据、三江源区域交通系统发展协调程度评估数据。其中三江源交通设施生态环境影响数据是采用遥感解译、GIS空间分析、土地利用转移矩阵和通用土壤流失方程等方法研究三江源交通设施和生态环境要素之间的交互作用,评估交通设施对水文地貌和土壤侵蚀的影响程度;三江源路域生态系统功能评估数据是依据《HJ 1173—2021,全国生态状况调查评估技术规范——生态系统服务功能评估》提供的模型方法评价交通设施沿线的水源涵养、水土保持、防风固沙、维持生物多样性等功能;三江源区域交通系统发展协调程度评估数据是基于交通设施和生态经济协调框架体系,采用层次分析模型并结合熵值法对指标进行综合权重赋值,进而采用灰色关联度模型和耦合协调度模型评估交通设施和生态经济耦合协调度。

The Dataset for Coordination Mechanism between Transportation Facilities and Ecological Environment in the Three-River Source Region mainly covers three categories of data: data on the ecological and environmental impacts of transportation facilities in the Three-River Source Region, roadside ecosystem function assessment data in the Three-River Source Region, and assessment data on the coordinated development level of the regional transportation system in the Three-River Source Region. Specifically, the data on the ecological and environmental impacts of transportation facilities in the Three-River Source Region is generated by studying the interactions between transportation facilities and ecological environment elements in the Three-River Source Region via methods including remote sensing interpretation, GIS spatial analysis, land use transfer matrix, and Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE), so as to evaluate the impacts of transportation facilities on hydro-geomorphology and soil erosion. The roadside ecosystem function assessment data in the Three-River Source Region applies the model methods specified in *Technical Specifications for National Ecological Status Survey and Assessment – Ecosystem Service Function Assessment (HJ 1173—2021)* to evaluate functions such as water conservation, soil and water conservation, windbreak and sand fixation, and biodiversity conservation along transportation facilities. The assessment data on the coordinated development level of the regional transportation system in the Three-River Source Region is developed based on the coordination framework of transportation facilities and eco-economy. First, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) combined with the entropy weight method is used to assign comprehensive weights to relevant indicators. Then, the grey relational analysis model and coupling coordination degree model are adopted to assess the coupling coordination degree between transportation facilities and the regional eco-economy.
