交科智汇·交通政策法规数据集

该数据集涵盖交通运输领域以及与交通运输行业相关的法律法规和政策规章。其中，法律法规包含公路管理、水运管理、道路运输、铁路、民航、邮政等21类有效和失效法律法规及解读；政策包含部令、公路、水运、运输服务、综合规划等17类部颁规章、规范性文件、通知文件等。以上这些文件经过智能标注、智能生成、自动质量校验等大模型处理和人工处理后形成问答对形式的数据集，共11万对。其中，法规类1.3万对、政策类10万对。

This dataset covers the transportation sector as well as laws, regulations, policies and rules relevant to the transportation industry. The laws and regulations section encompasses 21 categories of valid and invalid laws, regulations and their official interpretive documents, involving fields including highway management, waterway transportation management, road transport, railway, civil aviation, postal services and others. The policy section includes 17 categories of documents, where each category corresponds to areas such as ministerial orders, highway management, waterway transportation, transport services and comprehensive planning, and the documents under these categories consist of ministerial regulations, normative documents, notification documents and other related materials. All these documents have been processed via large language model (LLM)-enabled operations including intelligent annotation, intelligent content generation and automatic quality verification, supplemented by manual processing, and then formatted into a question-answer pair dataset with a total of 110,000 pairs. Specifically, there are 13,000 pairs under the laws and regulations category, and 100,000 pairs under the policy category.
