数据集来源于课题《大型客机和民用航天高强铝合金构件增材制造适航符合性验证和可靠性研究》。根据适航符合性验证要求,规划试样级材料力学性能试验矩阵,开展静力、疲劳和断裂韧性等性能试验,获取高强度铝合金增材制造材料性能基础数据,并结合多尺度建模方法,研究确定增材制造结构设计许用值的通用方法。数据采集时间为:2020.09~2021.04;采集单位为:上海航空材料结构检测股份有限公司;采集设备、试验环境、采集人员、采集流程等严格按照相关质量管理规定进行。

This dataset is derived from the research project titled *Airworthiness Compliance Verification and Reliability Research on Additively Manufactured High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Components for Large Passenger Aircraft and Civil Aerospace*. According to the requirements of airworthiness compliance verification, a specimen-level material mechanical property test matrix was developed, and performance tests including static, fatigue and fracture toughness tests were conducted to obtain fundamental performance data of additively manufactured high-strength aluminum alloy materials. Combining multi-scale modeling methods, a general approach for determining the allowable design values of additively manufactured structural components was established. The data collection spanned from September 2020 to April 2021, and was carried out by Shanghai Aerospace Materials and Structure Testing Co., Ltd. All collection equipment, test environments, collection personnel and operating procedures strictly adhered to relevant quality management regulations.
