肿瘤的各个阶段都会存在不同程度的乏氧,肿瘤乏氧会导致肿瘤对放化疗和免疫治疗的抵抗,因此,开发乏氧响应的细胞毒性免疫药物能够提高肿瘤的治疗疗效。本数据集主要制备了一种肿瘤乏氧响应的纳米胶束,递送光敏剂和化疗药物,实现了对4T1肿瘤的光疗-化疗联合治疗,同时与免疫佐剂和免疫检查点抑制剂连用,抑制了远端肿瘤和肺转移瘤的生长。
Hypoxia manifests at varying degrees across all stages of tumor progression. Tumor hypoxia confers resistance of tumors to radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, so developing hypoxia-responsive cytotoxic immunotherapeutic agents can enhance the therapeutic efficacy of cancer treatment. This dataset primarily details the preparation of a tumor hypoxia-responsive nanomicelle that co-delivers photosensitizers and chemotherapeutic drugs, enabling combined phototherapy and chemotherapy for 4T1 tumors. When co-administered with immune adjuvants and immune checkpoint inhibitors, it also suppresses the growth of both distant tumors and pulmonary metastatic tumors.
