基层妇幼医疗机构筛查诊疗装备配套情况的影响因素分析报告

通过对各级妇幼医疗机构的早期筛查与诊疗设备配置现状进行调查分析，提出能推进医疗资源合理利用及分配，促进三级妇幼医疗机构联动，提高妇幼常见病早筛早诊率，增加国产优秀医疗设备市场占有率的可行性建议及相关解决办法。本文选取部分基层妇幼医疗机构，对一些常见病筛查诊疗设备配置状况进行现状调查，分析影响基层妇幼医疗机构筛查诊疗装备配套情况的相关因素。政府应加大对创新国产诊疗设备企业的扶持，提高国产品牌的市场占有率，尤其是高端设备的市场占有率；企业应以售后维修服务为切入点，以提升技术水平为核心，提升民族品牌形象，在政府—企业—市场三位一体的联动作用下，提高国产早期筛查与诊断治疗设备的配置水平。

By investigating and analyzing the current status of early screening and diagnosis/treatment equipment configuration in maternal and child health care institutions at all levels, this study proposes feasible suggestions and relevant solutions to promote the rational utilization and allocation of medical resources, strengthen the linkage among three-level maternal and child health care institutions, increase the early screening and diagnosis rate of common maternal and child diseases, and enhance the market share of excellent domestic medical devices. This study selects some primary-level maternal and child health care institutions, conducts a current-status survey on the configuration of screening and diagnosis/treatment equipment for common diseases, and analyzes the relevant factors affecting the supporting situation of screening and diagnosis/treatment equipment in primary-level maternal and child health care institutions. The government should increase support for innovative domestic medical device enterprises to improve the market share of domestic brands, especially in high-end equipment. Enterprises should take after-sales maintenance services as the entry point, focus on improving technical capabilities as the core to enhance the national brand image. Under the trinity linkage effect of government, enterprise and market, the configuration level of domestic early screening and diagnosis/treatment equipment can be raised.
