Survey data underlying the publication: Machine Learning for Construction Delay Prediction: A Model Built on Statistically Validated Key Factors

The purpose of the study was to determine the causes of construction delays in Russia. The data was obtained by interviewing specialists on a 5-point scale on 32 previously identified factors.本研究旨在探明俄罗斯境内建筑工程延误的成因。研究数据通过对专家开展访谈获取，针对32项预先确定的影响因素采用5级量表（5-point scale）进行评分。
