资源简介：
透反射数据主要根据核心光器件的响应度需求，对浙江大学光量子实验室自主加工的表面等离激元结构进行参数提取和软件仿真产生。仿真主要通过商用软件运行，数据记录了器件在垂直入射条件下的电场分布、参数设置、透射谱、反射谱和吸收谱。数据量约229kB。
The transmittance and reflectance dataset was primarily generated based on the responsivity requirements of core optical devices, through parameter extraction and software simulation of the surface plasmon structures independently fabricated by the Quantum Optics Laboratory of Zhejiang University. The simulations were mainly conducted using commercial software. The dataset records the electric field distributions, parameter settings, transmittance spectra, reflectance spectra and absorption spectra of the devices under normal incidence conditions. The total size of the dataset is approximately 229 kB.
