Immunogenic peptides from APC mutations reported from different databases.

Immunogenic peptides were selected from a library of 9-mer peptides derived from non-synonymous single nucleotide variants and Indels resulting in amino acid alterations. The mutated peptides were selected on the basis of positive TCR binding and an HLA binding affinity of ≤500 nM. *OncoMD is MedGenome Labs’s proprietary database of somatic mutations.
