atwo mutations were identified outside the region targeted for mutagenesis. bmost of the reads with multiple mutations and about 50% of the reads with no mutations result from PCR jumping during amplicon creation (see Text S1). The library mostly is comprised of members with one mutation as indicated in sequencing of individual clones.
