This dataset is constructed using patent texts associated with IPC classification number H01B (cables; conductors; insulators; conductive, insulating or dielectric materials). It focuses on accurately extracting the technical problems to be resolved by each patent—i.e., the technical issues identified in similar patents corresponding to the target patent—to form structured problem description data. The usage terms of this dataset are strictly limited to non-commercial purposes including scientific research, technical analysis and industrial intelligence research.
