本数据集来源于国家重点研发计划项目“高密度大容量气氢车载储供系统设计及关键部件研制”,开展大容量车载储氢系统控制器开发及测试。从车载储氢系统控制器功能原理出发,以指标参数要求为依据开展了车载储氢系统控制器研发设计,科学合理地确定了车载储氢系统控制器研发设计的功能参数和性能指标。在设计阶段,通过详细的硬件设计和先进的控制算法软件设计,确保了预期设计目标。在此基础上,严格依照国家相关标准,开展产品试验验证工作,全面考核其安全边界与耐久性能,从而为大容量车载储氢系统控制器的可靠性与安全性奠定了坚实基础。数据集包含:1)包括高压大容量车载储氢系统控制器设计方案数据:设计原理图及数模文件。2)高压大容量车载储氢系统控制器第三方检测报告;3)高压大容量车载储氢系统控制器关键性能参数测试数据:具备功能(独立加氢模式、满足SAEJ2799标准的红外通讯功能、加氢状态控制与停车氢安全巡检策略、具备主被动安全、多级安全预警策略)、8路以上氢安全检测通道;4)对应的2个专利。数据集容量为60MB。

This dataset is derived from the National Key R&D Program of China titled "Design and Development of High-Density and High-Capacity Gaseous Hydrogen Vehicle-Mounted Hydrogen Storage and Supply System and Key Components", which focuses on the development and testing of high-capacity vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system controllers. Starting from the functional principles of vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system controllers and based on index and parameter requirements, the R&D and design of the controllers were carried out, and the functional parameters and performance indicators for the R&D and design were scientifically and reasonably determined. During the design phase, detailed hardware design and advanced control algorithm software design were implemented to meet the intended design objectives. On this basis, product test and verification were conducted strictly in accordance with relevant national standards, comprehensively evaluating its safety boundary and durability performance, thus laying a solid foundation for the reliability and safety of the high-capacity vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system controllers. The dataset includes: 1) Design scheme data of high-voltage and high-capacity vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system controllers: design schematic diagrams and digital model files. 2) Third-party test reports for high-voltage and high-capacity vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system controllers. 3) Key performance parameter test data of high-voltage and high-capacity vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system controllers: with functions including independent hydrogen refueling mode, infrared communication function compliant with SAE J2799 standard, hydrogen refueling state control and parking hydrogen safety patrol strategy, active and passive safety functions, and multi-level safety early warning strategies, as well as more than 8 hydrogen safety detection channels. 4) Two corresponding patents. The total capacity of this dataset is 60 MB.
