外贸企业在合同履行时因各国家、地区的政府执法力度、社会营商氛围等因素存在不确定性，会面临不同的风险，因此亟需对不同国家、地区的信用做出分析。通过对企业在不同国家、地区的贸易对象的合同履行的监测，对信用率较高的地区的贸易对象采取更为开放的贸易姿态，对信用率较低的地区贸易对象采取较为谨慎保守的贸易姿态，可提高外贸企业资金运转效率，降低外贸企业资金损失，让外贸企业保持良性健康发展。1.数据采集：采集合同履行单位编号、期限内应履行合同数、实际履行合同数、逾期一年多才履行合同数、至今未履行合同数、因不可抗力未履行合同数、合同履约率等信息； 2.数据处理：（1）计算合同履约率：合同履行率＝实际履行合同数/期限内应履行合同数；（2）计算信用评分：信用评分M=（实际履行合同数-逾期一年多才履行合同数-至今未履行合同数×2+因不可抗力未履行合同数）/期限内应履行合同数×100。 3.数据分析：根据贸易对象的信用评分M对其进行评级，M≥90的评为A级信用，80≤M＜90的评为B级，70≤M＜80的评为C级，60≤M＜70的评为D级，M＜50的评为E级。

Data Collection: Collect information including the contract performance unit number, the number of contracts due for performance within the specified period, the number of actually performed contracts, the number of contracts fulfilled one year overdue, the number of contracts not yet performed to date, the number of contracts not performed due to force majeure, and the contract performance rate, etc. 2. Data Processing: (1) Calculate the contract performance rate: Contract performance rate = Number of actually performed contracts / Number of contracts due for performance within the specified period; (2) Calculate the credit score: Credit score M = (Number of actually performed contracts - Number of contracts fulfilled one year overdue - 2 × Number of contracts not yet performed to date + Number of contracts not performed due to force majeure) / Number of contracts due for performance within the specified period × 100. 3. Data Analysis: Grade the trading partners based on their credit score M: Grade A credit for M ≥ 90, Grade B for 80 ≤ M < 90, Grade C for 70 ≤ M < 80, Grade D for 60 ≤ M < 70, and Grade E for M < 50.
