STORM-FEST: NCAR King Air Video Camera Movies. Version 1.0

This dataset consists of mpg movies from VHS tapes of videos taken from the KingAir during the STORMFEST 1992 project. Videos on each flight were shot in the forward and down directions.该数据集包含1992年STORMFEST项目期间从KingAir获取的VHS磁带中的mpg影片。每次飞行中的视频均沿前向和向下方向拍摄。
