千吨级颜料黄14连续化生产示范装置主要是在连续重氮化和连续偶合工艺开发的基础上进行千吨级放大生产设计并进一步生产加工形成连续化成套设备，在示范企业进行生产示范线建设，试生产数据包括千吨级颜料黄14连续化生产示范装置在投料试产时的连续重氮化优化数据和连续偶合优化数据，还包括了连续化中间产品重氮盐的品质验证数据。数据量8.42MB
The 1000-ton-scale continuous production demonstration plant for Pigment Yellow 14 is primarily designed for 1000-ton scaled-up production based on the developed continuous diazotization and coupling processes, and further fabricated into a complete set of continuous production equipment. A production demonstration line has been constructed at the designated demonstration enterprise. The trial production data covers the optimization data of continuous diazotization and coupling during the plant's feeding trial production, as well as the quality verification data of the continuous intermediate diazonium salt. The total data size is 8.42 MB.
