LICEDB

LICEDB is the first database platform dedicated exclusively to managing and standardizing core enzymes for light‐industry applications (feed, detergents, papermaking, textiles, leather, starch processing). It aggregates 48 235 enzyme entries with sequences, performance parameters (e.g., optimal pH, temperature), structural models (AlphaFold2), EC numbers and industrial‐scale production metrics.
