BrdUSignalIntensity

This file contains the signal intensity of the BrdU-labeled nuclei throught the chase. Signal intensity was measured in nuclei in the different tissues at the beginning of the chase (PrimaryPolyp) and at 48h and 64h, background corrected and normalized with DAPI. It is presented as a ratio.本文件收录了整个追踪实验过程中溴脱氧尿苷（BrdU）标记细胞核的信号强度。本研究于追踪实验起始阶段（原息肉（PrimaryPolyp））以及实验进行至48小时、64小时时，对不同组织内的细胞核信号强度进行了测定；所有数据均经过背景校正，并以DAPI完成归一化处理，最终以比值形式呈现。
