脑植入电刺激治疗帕金森病个体化程控临床验证报告

通过对 1189 例接受刺激器手术的 PD 患者进行相应的靶点核团选择、定位。对比不同
方案下受试者帕金森病症状的改善情况，确定了靶点选择的常规操作流程及相关参数参考。该临床验证结果显示，在该靶点定位方案下，受试者帕金森病症状改善良好， 改善率高，电极靶点调整率低， 为个体化靶点选择、后续的临床规范的制定及临床推广提供了依据。

By conducting appropriate target nucleus selection and localization for 1189 PD patients who underwent stimulator surgery, and comparing the improvement of Parkinson's disease symptoms in subjects under different protocols, the routine operation procedure for target selection and relevant parameter references were determined. The clinical validation results showed that under this target localization protocol, the Parkinson's disease symptoms of the subjects improved well with a high improvement rate and low electrode target adjustment rate, which provided a basis for individualized target selection, the formulation of subsequent clinical norms, and clinical promotion.
