The data set contains benthic fluxes of O2 (uM/hr), NO3 (uM/hr), and NH4 (uM/hr), and O2 (mmol/m2/d) consumption rates. The data was collected with support from NSF OCE 1014226 to GGW. The model (mph file, comsol version 4.4) contains the baseline model implementation (irrigation rate 1.6 mL/min).
