This dataset collects the recency of last purchase (R, measured in days), purchase frequency (F, measured in times), and total purchase amount (M, measured in yuan) of customers who purchased steam eye masks in the Jingzhou area. The RFM model was adopted to evaluate customer value, and customers were divided into four tiers (A, B, C, D) via RFM analysis. Targeted marketing strategies were implemented for each segmented customer group to carry out precise and efficient operations.
Differentiated management strategies were formulated for customers of each tier: For Tier A customers, an exclusive maintenance mechanism was established, with dedicated consultants assigned to prioritize their demand responses and consolidate core customer relationships through customized services. For Tier B customers, growth incentive management was implemented, including purchase frequency rewards and priority access to new products, to drive their advancement to Tier A. For Tier C customers, basic service management was strengthened, with stable rights and interests guarantees and regular demand follow-up visits to improve customer retention rate. For Tier D customers, awakening management was carried out, pushing targeted rights and interests based on their consumption preferences to activate their potential demands. These measures aim to enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rate.
Through customer tiered management to meet the personalized demands of customers at different levels, this dataset provides data support for enterprises in the beauty and personal care industry and other similar industries to implement customer tiered management, helping them efficiently match customer demands, deliver precise personalized services, and improve their market competitiveness.
