A vehicle fault classification standard is formulated, which categorizes 12 subdivided fault types including battery systems, brake systems, video equipment and others based on dimensions such as AlarmType, DevStatus and fault occurrence scenarios. A full-process rule covering "fault diagnosis - maintenance execution - closed-loop quality inspection" is established: a standardized maintenance plan shall be generated within 10 minutes after a fault is triggered; after maintenance, quality inspection must be conducted against 8 core indicators including BrakeForce (brake force detection data) and SOH (State of Health, battery health level), and the vehicle can only be delivered when the qualified rate reaches 100%. A maintenance knowledge base update rule is also established, which counts the top 10 high-frequency faults and inefficient maintenance links every month to optimize the standardized maintenance workflow.
