本数据集针对硅-铌酸锂异质集成的调制器优化设计，收集了最大脊宽和电极间距的关系、半波电压长度积、群折射率、微波损耗和电极厚度的关系、金电极宽度-包层厚度-微波损耗和间距关系、电光带宽、带宽和间距关系等模拟数据，数据量480KB。
This dataset is tailored for the optimized design of silicon-lithium niobate heterogeneously integrated modulators. It collects various simulation data, including the relationship between maximum ridge width and electrode spacing, half-wave voltage-length product, group refractive index, the correlation between microwave loss and electrode thickness, the correlations among gold electrode width, cladding thickness, microwave loss and electrode spacing, electro-optic bandwidth, and the relationship between bandwidth and electrode spacing. The total data size is 480 KB.
