拓扑半金属磁输运数据集

准二维的拓扑半金属碳化钨磁输运数据集主要是基于利用化学气相沉积（CVD）技术生长得到的二维材料碳化钨（WC），对其进行磁性输运行为的表征。其中包含对于同一片衬底上生长的碳化钨制备得到的多个器件进行温度依赖的磁阻演化，和施加不同磁场方向，磁阻对磁场角度依赖的行为实验数据的采集。

This quasi-two-dimensional topological semimetal tungsten carbide (WC) magnetotransport dataset is established via characterizing the magnetotransport behavior of two-dimensional tungsten carbide (WC) grown through Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). It encompasses the acquisition of experimental data regarding two aspects: first, the temperature-dependent magnetoresistance evolution of multiple devices fabricated from tungsten carbide grown on a single substrate; second, the angular dependence of magnetoresistance on magnetic field when different magnetic field orientations are applied.
