Profiling of PML-body associated regions

The promyelocytic leukemia (PML) body is a phase-separated nuclear structure composed of various proteins including several chromatin regulators, and physically associates with chromatin. To address functional roles of the PML-chromatin association, we conducted genome-wide profiling of PML body-associated regions.早幼粒细胞白血病（promyelocytic leukemia，PML）小体是一类由多种蛋白质（包含若干染色质调控因子）构成的相分离核结构，可与染色质发生物理结合。为阐明PML小体与染色质的相互关联所发挥的功能作用，我们对PML小体关联区域开展了全基因组谱分析。
