Data underlying the research of Differences in otolith microstructure between hatchery-reared and wild Triplophysa yarkandensis

By comparing the width of the first 40 daily increments of otoliths, it was found that the width of otoliths of wild leaf antelope was significantly wider than that of hatchery-reared Yelkandens. The otolith daily increment width of wild leaf lindens increased significantly with age and then slowly decreased, whereas the hatchery-reared Yercandens otoliths showed a more stable increase in daily increment width.通过比较耳石（otolith）前40个每日增量的宽度，研究发现野生叶形羚羊的耳石宽度显著宽于人工繁育的耶尔坎登（Yelkandens）个体。野生椴树的耳石日增量宽度随日龄先显著增加，随后缓慢下降；而人工繁育的耶尔坎登（Yercandens）个体的耳石日增量宽度则呈现更为平稳的增长趋势。
