NGS of poly-A enriched RNA extracted from Stichodactyla haddoni tentacles regenerating from venom extraction

Proteomic analysis of milked venom combined with analysis of the transcriptome from tentacles in a state of venom regeneration revealed the full extent of the venom arsenal of the sea anemone Stichodactyla haddoni.
