RSNP-DB

RSNP-DB is a comprehensive compilation of rice seed nuclear proteome with user-friendly searchability. The web interface of RSNP-DB is designed to include the following components: search, information and expression profile for seed-expressed genes. The database can be searched for any RGAP or RAP-DB locus ID (single as well as in batches).RSNP-DB是一款汇集水稻种子核蛋白质组数据的综合性数据库，具备便捷友好的检索功能。其网页界面设计包含三大功能模块：检索模块、基因信息模块以及种子表达基因表达谱模块。该数据库支持针对任意RGAP或RAP-DB基因座ID进行单条或批量检索。
