This dataset is collected from the records of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing protocols implemented for patients with palpitation syndrome during clinical practice at Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and was gathered through the Hospital Information System (HIS) and nursing documentation system. The data covers multi-dimensional contents including basic patient information, TCM syndrome classification, nursing interventions, frequency and duration of nursing procedures, nursing effect evaluation, patient compliance and satisfaction, etc. All data was recorded in real-time during clinical nursing processes, and anonymized to protect patient privacy, ensuring the data's authenticity, continuity and structured characteristics, making it suitable for research on TCM nursing quality assessment and protocol optimization.
