随着大数据、云计算、区块链等数字技术的迅速发展和应用，电子化和数字化的资料早已屡见不鲜。但是中医药膳文化却在数字化时代的传播范围有限，基于对多模态的了解，本课题将语言学、翻译学和传播学进行有机融合，构建中医药膳翻译和传播的多模态语料库，帮助中医药膳文化更好地走出去。 多模态资料，如图片、音频和视频等，能够真实而客观地还原和再现相关事件的活动和行为。多模态特征包括语言特征（如专业术语翻译）、副语言特征（如停顿、话语重复、音高等）以及非语言特征（如图片、背景音乐、环境等）。这些资源可以将平面的教学资源立体化，充分调动多种感官，刺激大脑，拓展视野。With the rapid development and application of digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and blockchain, electronic and digital materials have long been commonplace. However, the culture of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) medicated diets has limited dissemination in the digital era. Drawing on multimodal research, this study organically integrates linguistics, translation studies, and communication studies to construct a multimodal corpus for the translation and dissemination of TCM medicated diets, so as to better facilitate the global spread of TCM medicated diet culture. Multimodal resources including images, audio, video and other materials can authentically and objectively restore and reproduce the activities and behaviors of relevant events. Multimodal features include linguistic features (e.g., translation of professional terminology), paralinguistic features (e.g., pauses, discourse repetition, pitch, etc.) and non-linguistic features (e.g., images, background music, environment, etc.). These resources can transform flat teaching resources into three-dimensional forms, fully engage multiple sensory channels, stimulate the brain, and broaden horizons.
