脑部疾病分子机制及新靶点发现主要面向复杂脑部疾病(如恶性脑胶质瘤、神经退行性疾病等)的分子机制、新靶点发现及靶向治疗研究。该研究面向国家“脑科学与类脑研究”重大科技项目研究方向,服务社会医疗健康。本数据集基于实时荧光定量PCR仪、超灵敏多功能成像仪等设备检测了脑胶质瘤相关mRNA、蛋白的表达水平,经分析得到了脑胶质瘤治疗新靶点。基于纳米粒度及zeta电位分析仪(DLS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、小动物光学活体成像系统等设备检测了针对新靶点设计的纳米载体的粒径分布、纳米粒子形貌及小鼠脑部荧光强度等,通过动物活体实验验证了发现的新靶点。数据量230M。

This dataset is dedicated to research on molecular mechanisms, novel target discovery and targeted therapy for complex brain diseases, including malignant glioma, neurodegenerative diseases and other related brain disorders. This research aligns with the research orientations of the national major scientific and technological program "Brain Science and Brain-like Research", and caters to social medical and health needs. Using instruments such as real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) systems and ultra-sensitive multi-functional imagers, this dataset detected the expression levels of glioma-associated mRNAs and proteins, and identified novel therapeutic targets for glioma through in-depth analysis. Additionally, utilizing equipment including nanoparticle size and zeta potential analyzers (DLS), transmission electron microscopes (TEM) and small animal optical in vivo imaging systems, the dataset measured indicators such as the particle size distribution of nanocarriers designed for the novel targets, the morphology of the nanoparticles, and the fluorescence intensity in mouse brains, and validated the discovered novel targets via in vivo animal experiments. The total data volume of this dataset is 230 MB.
