mRNA sequencing of clinical-grade neural stem cells derived from human ES cells

We report the transcriptome profile of human neural stem cells derived from ES cells. Cells were transplanted into rodent models, and mRNA transcripts from the chimeric graft tissue were bioinformatically split according to species of origin.本研究报道了源自胚胎干细胞（Embryonic Stem Cells，ESCs）的人源神经干细胞的转录组谱。将该细胞移植至啮齿类动物模型体内后，研究人员通过生物信息学方法依据物种来源对嵌合移植组织中的mRNA转录本进行分离拆分。
