"QingYiChong" Platform The "QingYiChong" platform is independently architected and designed by Qingdao Zhenqing Bus Group. By integrating bus operation, charging, real‑time electricity pricing and other data resources, the platform reasonably leverages the price differences between peak and off‑peak periods. While ensuring normal bus operations, it accurately calculates and generates the optimal charging schedule for each bus. The "QingYiChong" platform is planned and built according to a “1+1+1” system architecture, i.e., one data governance and aggregation center, one intelligent algorithm warehouse, and one unified portal with three‑tier linkage (large‑screen central monitoring, medium‑screen PAD, and small‑screen mobile phone). Through deep integration of public data with third‑party social data resources (e.g., TELD), the platform’s applications are developed. Core Functions: Scan‑to‑Bind: The platform’s PDA terminal supports fast QR code scanning to bind the QR code to the corresponding vehicle, and to bind the vehicle to the charging gun, accurately recording the interaction process between the charging gun and the vehicle. Remote Start/Stop: The platform terminal provides remote control capabilities. After verifying that the interaction logic between the vehicle and the charging gun complies with requirements, it enables one‑key remote start/stop, including one‑key start/stop for multiple vehicles. Service Notifications: The platform provides notification functions through a WeChat official account. Notifications include: (a) charging plans sent to charging operators; (b) notifications sent to vehicle drivers when charging is nearly complete; (c) abnormal operation alerts (e.g., charging during peak periods, not charging during off‑peak periods) sent to managers based on charging plan control algorithms. Data Analysis: The platform supports intelligent data analysis functions, enabling real‑time monitoring of average electricity cost trends, abnormal or improper use of charging piles, and non‑standard charging operations by operators.
