4、数据应用：通过图表可视化分析某一渠道接入应用的推广效能大小（取值为0,1），越接近1代表推广效能越好，越接近0代表推广效能越差，通过效能值为公交发卡推广业务提供决策依据。

By analyzing and mining the user card issuance data from the Jinhua Xing Service Platform, this dataset aims to gain in-depth insights into the card issuance promotion status of various application channels and institutions. An increase in the card issuance proportion indicates higher promotion efficiency of the corresponding institutional channel, which helps public transit operation departments optimize their promotion channels and increase promotion efforts for specific channels, and provides effective decision-making basis for commercial promotions of external public transit industries.
1. Data Collection: Real-time collection of data including card issuance channel information, accessed application information, and card issuance volume of Jinhua municipal public transit cards from the Jinhua Xing Service Platform.
2. Data Processing: Classify, summarize, and clean the dataset, including removing abnormal data and handling missing values; anonymize the collected user mobile phone numbers to form a processable data set.
3. Data Computation:
- Calculate the total cumulative card issuance volume across all channels = ∑Rk, where k represents different accessed institutional channels with values ranging from 1, 2…n;
- Calculate the cumulative card issuance proportion Xi of a specific channel = Ri / ∑Rk, where Ri is the cumulative card issuance volume of the specific channel and ∑Rk is the total cumulative card issuance volume across all channels;
- Calculate the total cumulative card issuance volume across all applications = ∑Qk, where k represents applications under different accessed institutional channels with values ranging from 1, 2…m;
- Calculate the cumulative card issuance proportion Yi of applications accessed via a specific channel = Qi / ∑Qk, where Qi is the cumulative card issuance volume of applications accessed via the specific channel and ∑Qk is the total cumulative card issuance volume across all accessed applications;
- Calculate the promotion efficiency of applications accessed via a specific channel = Xi * Yi, where Xi is the cumulative card issuance proportion of the channel and Yi is the cumulative card issuance proportion of applications accessed via the channel.
4. Data Application: Analyze the promotion efficiency of applications accessed via a specific channel (ranging from 0 to 1) through chart visualization: the closer the value is to 1, the better the promotion efficiency, while the closer to 0, the worse the promotion efficiency. The efficiency values provide decision-making basis for public transit card issuance promotion businesses.
