Total operating cost of municipal car and bicycle paths. The sum of the operating costs for winter road maintenance, street lighting, emergency occupancy measures, bare ground cleaning, street green areas, traffic devices, traffic signals, artificial structures and stormwater dissipation and other operating costs. Excluding individual roads, capital costs and cost of all non-emergency occupancy maintenance (e.g. pothole/snail car). Divided by meters of municipal car and bicycle path. In 2018 and backwards, walkways were also included in the reported operating costs, which could lead to trend breaks in 2019.

市政机动车与自行车道总运营成本。其构成涵盖冬季道路养护、街道照明、应急占道措施、裸地清理、街道绿地、交通设施、交通信号、人工构筑物、雨水消纳及其他各类运营成本的总和。统计范围不含独立道路、资本性支出以及所有非应急占道养护成本（例如坑槽修补、慢行车辆养护相关成本），并按市政机动车与自行车道的总长度（米）均摊。2018年及更早年份的统计中，人行道亦被纳入报告的运营成本范畴，这一统计口径调整可能导致2019年出现数据趋势断点。
