Court decisions in the City of Antibes

The open data of court decisions is gradually expanding, with the publication of the decisions of the Council of State and the Court of Cassation since September 2021. It is in this dynamic that the present dataset of the City’s litigation, which describes some general balances such as the courts involved, the matters at the heart of judgments and judgments rendered and the typology of the applicants, forms part of this dynamic. Data relating to the courts of instance and major instance have no longer been reported since 1 January 2020 because of their disappearance to the judicial court under Law 2019-222 of 23 March 2019 on programming 2018-2022 and reform for justice.

司法判决公开数据正逐步扩容。自2021年9月起，国务委员会（Council of State）与最高司法法院（Court of Cassation）的裁判文书已正式对外公开。正是在这一司法公开的发展浪潮中，本市诉讼数据集应运而生。该数据集涵盖多项核心概况维度，包括涉案法院、裁判核心事由、已作出的裁判类型以及申请人的分类特征，属于本次司法公开动态的有机组成部分。根据2019年3月23日颁布的《2018-2022年司法规划与改革法案》（Law 2019-222），初审法院与大审法院已被整合并入司法法院，因此自2020年1月1日起，相关法院的诉讼数据不再被收录至本数据集。
