RNAseq of WAT from male offspring born to mothers subjected to various nutritional stress during gestation and/or lactation

To identify candidate predictive markers of obesity susceptibility, our study used two mouse models: one of them consists in Balb/c adult male mice whose susceptibility to obesity was programmed through maternal nutritional stresses. Transcriptomic analysis was performed on White adipose tissues sample from 14 mice.为鉴定肥胖易感性的候选预测标志物，本研究采用两种小鼠模型：其中一种模型为BALB/c成年雄性小鼠，其肥胖易感性通过母体营养应激实现程序化设定；随后对14只小鼠的白色脂肪组织（White adipose tissue）样本开展转录组学分析。
