Current data can be found under “Hamburg flood zones”. — Technical description: Description of the temporarily secured flooding areas of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Legal background: The Water Resources Act (WHG) in the version of 31 July 2009 contains the obligation to identify, determine and notify flood zones (ÜSG). The OTCs required by the recast of the WHG for Hamburg in addition to the already existing areas were presented in maps and announced to the public. As a result, they are “provisionally secured” until formal determination by statutory regulation and the same safeguards as those in designated areas apply here.注意！ 本数据集已停止维护，仅用于历史归档。 当前数据请参见「汉堡洪泛区」。 —— 技术说明： 汉堡自由汉萨市临时划定的受淹区域概况。 法律背景： 2009年7月31日版《水资源法（Water Resources Act, WHG）》规定了识别、划定并公示洪泛区（ÜSG）的义务。《水资源法》修订版要求汉堡新增的（相较于既有区域）OTCs已以地图形式公示并对外发布。因此，在通过法定规章完成正式划定前，此类区域均为"临时划定"，且适用与已正式划定区域一致的保护措施。
