Infra-communal disadvantaged agricultural area defined by prefectural classification order.

Less-favoured agricultural areas are territories with specific (economic, agricultural, physical and demographic), natural and permanent handicaps linked to terrain, altitude, slope and soil, in which the maintenance of agricultural activity is necessary for the maintenance of the natural area (see Directive 75/268/EEC).
These are less-favoured agricultural areas, which are “homogeneous territories in terms of natural conditions of production”.

Less-favoured areas may correspond to municipal boundaries or sub-communal areas; they are defined by prefectural decree classifying less-favoured areas.

由省级分类政令界定的公社以下弱势农业区域。

农业不利区域（Less-favoured Agricultural Areas）是指存在特定经济、农业、自然与人口层面的不利约束，以及与地形、海拔、坡度和土壤相关的永久性自然障碍的区域，维持农业活动是维护该类自然区域的必要前提（参见欧盟指令75/268/EEC）。

此类区域即为农业不利区域，其定义为"生产自然条件均质化的领土区域"。

农业不利区域的范围可与市镇辖区或公社级以下区域重合，其划定需依据专门分类农业不利区域的省级政令完成。
