本数据由40家霍山黄芽生产加工企业（茶叶协会会员单位）提供的按照DB34/T 319—2012标准（地理标志产品-霍山黄芽）生产加工过程中记录数据。涵盖了不同海拔原料、不同分量、不同厚度、不同温度、不同时间，不同手法生产出不同等级霍山黄芽成品的数据。This dataset contains production and processing records generated during the manufacturing of Huoshan Huangya, which were provided by 40 Huoshan Huangya production and processing enterprises (member units of the tea association) and produced in strict accordance with the DB34/T 319—2012 standard (Geographical Indication Product - Huoshan Huangya). The dataset covers data of finished Huoshan Huangya products with different grades, which were produced under various conditions including raw materials sourced from different altitudes, different batch weights, different leaf thicknesses, different processing temperatures, different processing durations, and different processing techniques.
