Zoning Overlay Districts

This layer depicts areas that are alternative land development requirements within a specific geographically defined area. The areas are usually superimposed over conventional zoning districts, requirements are either added to, or in place of, those underlying regulations.

本图层用于表征特定地理划定范围内满足替代性土地开发要求的区域。此类区域通常叠加于常规土地分区片区之上，相关要求要么增补该片区原有的基础管控规则，要么直接替代原有规定。
